I am sorry to read that this place has received bad reviews. I first visited September of 2024 and had a blah experience. The doctor (who is no longer there) did not seem very enthusiastic about her job and the hygienist who cleaned my teeth (normal cleaning) did not do as thorough of a job as my previous dentist. Honestly, it was very brief and felt lackluster. I decided to go back for another cleaning this week (April 2025; ease and my insurance is accepted) and it was a night/day experience. The staff was WONDERFUL! Crimson at the front desk worked out all the insurance information and paperwork to help me best afford the procedure I need to have done (deep cleaning), what will be paid moving forward, and even gave me a discount (via a donation deal to provide clean water to children in Africa)! San, who did the imaging, was very kind and friendly and a joy to converse with. Dr. Keller was also great and we discussed my options - she seemed knowledgable, passionate about her job, and honest. Madison, the hygienist who actually did the deep cleaning procedure, was INCREDIBLE! She got me all fixed up, is incredibly kind and passionate about her job, and she did a thorough and excellent job. The entire attitude/vibe of the office felt good and jovial. I highly recommend this place and I do hope that no one else has bad experiences as mentioned in previous reviews. I felt like I was in good hands.
